disable voice input in Java

I am trying to disable voice input for an IVR app we have.
I am using java package tropo-webapi-java-0.3.jar.
All my ask() calls are like below:

tropo.ask(
NAME(AskName),
BARGEIN(AskBargein),
MODE(Mode.DTMF),
TIMEOUT(AskTimeOut),
ATTEMPTS(AskAttempts),
INTERDIGIT_TIMEOUT(AskInterdigitTimeOut)
).and(
Do.say(VALUE("Sorry, I didn't hear anything"), EVENT("timeout"))
.say(askString),
Do.choices(VALUE(choiceString))
);

here, I have set the mode to be dtmf.

Unfortunately, when I call into the IVR and speak, it will still process input from the voice. did I miss anything?

One of the calls I tried has session id 8f0a8594ac0b69b0296d2a469edf1129.
