Hunt Group/IVR help w/ VM picking up

We are wanting to use Tropo as an IVR so we can give a single number out and that number will then forward to several phones. That peice is fairly straight forward and I have it working.

What I am having issues with is: Say one of the numbers that I am transferring to is a cell phone and the phone is going straight to VM. That phone will pick up everytime and will "break" the IVR. How do I avoid this? Is there a way to release the transfer back to the script and try to transfer to another number??
