Hi, I have a test/developer account and i'm trying to make an international call to a mobile phone but it does not work. Is that a limitation of the test account? Below the code: "); say("http://www.phono.com/audio/troporocks.mp3"); ?>

Does it work with a US number? Cheers,

SO basically there are two things: you guys need to approve and I need a production account. Taking a production account doesn't automatically allow for outbound calls? Cheers,

Tropo Import Bot Hi there, In order to make an International call to a non-US mobile phone number, you will need to switch your application to a Production status. As per https://www.tropo.com/docs/scripting/international_dialing_sms.htm (link: https://www.tropo.com/docs/scripting/international_dialing_sms.htm ) "In order to make any outbound international call, you will need to contact support (either through the forums or via support@tropo.com and request access. You won't be able to dial any international mobile number while still in a developer account; using a production account, you can call out to any international number. Certain additional numbers are off limits all together, such as 911 for the US Emergency and 44999 for UK Emergency." If there is anything else I can help you with, feel free to let me know. Tropo Import Bot Hello again, That is correct. When creating an application (for any account type), intending to make an International call or SMS to any non-US phone number, you will need approval from our team. Once that is granted, you can test your application for SMS and calls through a developer account to International numbers of all kinds, with one exception. That is, that International calls to non-US mobile phone numbers requires you to have a production account type. I hope this helps clarify our policy a bit more for you, I am more than willing to expand further. Tropo Import Bot Hello Hans, International outbound access is a privilege that is not enabled by default for user accounts: As you can imagine, we do like to verify developer intentions, and that the feature isn't going to be used unethically. This disclaimer aside, I have added these rights to your account, as it seems as though your company is in fact on-the-level. Happy coding! ~Matthew Henry
