Disabling Voice Input

I am trying to disable voice input for an IVR we have. I have updated all the ask commands to send "dtmf" as the mode. Unfortunately, when I call into the IVR and speak, it will still barge in AND it will still process input from the voice. Is there anything else I need to change to disable voice input?
