I have a few users that say they are not receiving my SMS texts. How can I check this and troubleshoot the issue?

JeffMarshall The best way to handle issues like this would be for you to send an email to support@tropo.com with examples that we can review. Most of the time, when SMS aren't received, it's a downstream carrier issue. We will need specific details for the failed messages that we can relay to our provider so they can then escalate them further downstream to other carriers for review.
